Asin Thottumkal (born 26 October 1985) is popularly known as Asin.
In 2008, Asin made her debut in the Bollywood film Ghajini (2008) after a successful stint in south Indian films. Asin won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award for Ghajini. In 2011, she starred in hit film Ready Salman Khan. In 2012, Asin first starred in Sajid Khan's multistarrer Housefull 2 which is also a big hit. . Her other films in the year, Bol Bachchan and Khiladi 786 were also hits.
Her 2014 film, All is Well is scheduled for release on 5 December 2014.
